It was a night full of art from one end of town to the other
There was lots of art around the village last night for the First Saturday Coconut Grove Arts Stroll. Something new was the art on the plaza at Mayfair.
That brought out many more people than usual.
There was all sorts of art. I bought a drawing by Robert, shown here to the right.
New lighting enhanced the plaza and they promise to have more vendors next month and would like to make this a weekly thing.
The Windish-Hunt Gallery was full of friends. I counted over 150 people at one time and all night people came and went.
There are about five exhibits happening at once in the this large space and all the aritsts were out to meet the public. Wine flowed and everyone enjoyed mingling among the art. I saw artists Sheri Friedman, Audrey Gibson, Dylan Terry, Dan Bondroff, Karen Dielke, Chris Fowler, Uta, Danielle Perry and more. It seemed as if all the local artists were in one location.

Thank YOU to all who came out last night and support our artists. It was my pleasure to present them in this venue. The show will remain up until the end of this month. Our hours are 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and closed on Mondays
No AnnaMaria Windisch-Hunt, Thank you.
Thank you for a spectacular night it had everything- fun-fine art and fashion. I enjoyed meeting the artists which I feel is very important. I am impressed by the quality of the art and the fairness of the prices. I particularly like the promotion of fine art under $100 so that everyone can have an original work of art. Looking forward to future events.
You made the night come alive in our downtown Grove.
