Hanging around the Mayfair Antique Market
Dominique, from Focaccia (left), and I walked around the Mayfair Antique Market giving out menus.
It's a great way for local restaurants to get more business, handing out the menus, because the antique dealers can't usually leave their booths all weekend and they like to call local take-out places who will deliver to them at Mayfair.
Above is a handmade hat booth, which is tied in with the antiques (not sure how that fits into the antique market) but those are hats made by Judy from BOP Creations. I was told that they had a great day of sales yesterday.
The Antique Market runs until sunset today. It's free to enter.

is this a once a month thing or more frequent? I always seem to be out of the grove when it goes on.
