So let me get this straight...Ms. Solares goes off on a tirade on one of the two Commissioners who actually voted against the ballpark, but has nothing to say about the three who did?
hmm. Sarnoff 1 Grace 0 (maybe even minus one). I really appreciate her effort an advocacy, but it's dangerous when someone tries to represent to the public what is or is not in an agreement, when that person A) hasn't actually read them or B) does not have the proper, training or skill set to read and analyze contracts.
I appreaciate the efforts made by a concerned citizen, but one must be careful and responsible.
Tom - any reaction from Grace to Sarnoff's letter? I don't want a continuing he said/she said, but I cannot imagine that doesn't foreclose the issue with her.
The one point that remains however, is her assertion that a no vote from Sarnoff on the 3rd issue would foreclose the deal altogether - Sarnoff didn't respond to that.
I think Sarnoff explained his decision making process thoughtfully. I support his efforts on our behalf. There isn't a 'five leg of the cat' on this one.
