Congratulations go out to Richard Issa, who is now the Assistant to the BID Director (Dave Collins).
Richard comes from the Chamber of Commerce, where I am sure he will be sorely missed.

You have no idea how sorely Richard will be missed, Grape. He's been a dynamo at the Chamber and will be a huge asset to the BID.
Someone, anyone, please comment on how BIC has fulfilled their mission statement and please list names, dates and addresses. And don't make general comments.

The mission of the BIC was to undertake the countless steps to bring into existence a BID, which was formally accomplished by the signing of a City ordinance by Mayor Manuel Diaz on March 17, 2009, at Miami City Hall at 3500 Pan American Drive.
There you have it...the mission, the name, the date and the address.
