Scammers are still out on the streets
Here is one of the usual scammers. He was bothering people at George's in the Grove as they ate, on Commodore yesterday. That's his location, he hit me up at George's before. Didn't they outlaw panhandlers hitting people up as they eat at restaurants? Where are the cops?

Where is Sarnoff? Good question.
Sarnoff is probably doing his job, being a City Commissioner. This is not his job, this is a job for the police.
They need to deal harshly with these boys. We should do with these scammers what we do here in America with the big time scammers, give them a huge chunk of the taxpayer's money!
Cops are not supposed to be looking after the taxpayers. All thayt they are good for is harassing, Ticketing, and enslaving you. They are nothing but revenue generators for the state, city in this case.
