Koi, a new Asian tapas restaurant is coming

Koi, a modern Asian tapas restaurant serving sushi and a fresh perspective of Chinese and Japanese cuisine is opening at the old Senior Frogs location (3480 Main Highway).

This seems like something the Grove can use, sounds upscale. No opening date is set but they are looking for job applicants from waiters to kitchen help.

There's a great new place in the Mutiny called Atchana's East West Kitchen - give it a try. They also own Siam Lotus on US1. They were a big hit at the Taste of the Grove.

Koi? That's kind of a strange location for a place like that, but I'm willing to give it a try. I've been to the location at the Bryant Park Hotel -- that one is an upscale, clubbish-type location; something you'd find on South Beach.

I've been to KOI in LA and Vegas, quite nice, upscale Asian fusion food, should be a great addition to the grove, hope it can make it there!
