Tell the tourists The Grove exists and is open for biz
As you travel the Florida Turnpike and make stops at rest stops along the way, there are all sorts of brochures for local towns like Hollywood, South Beach, Ft. Lauderdale, but Coconut Grove is missing.
This is going to be remedied. The Merchant's Association along with the BID is planning a nice eye-catching brochure. Maybe they can be distributed at tourist locations, too like South Beach and Ft. Lauderdale. I think tourists need to be reminded of The Grove and would appreciate this.

I thought sarnoff didn't believe in marketing. he told us at the merchant meeting he was a brick and mortar person!
They should rent that Billboard with the Jaguar ad on it (when it's available).
It should say "Come On Over to The Grove and Help Our Business's Pay Their City Of Miami Code Enforcement Extortion Payment's"
