"Nothing is where you thought it should be" art event
Saturday is the art opening of "Nothing Is Where You Thought It Should Be" featuring artist Areca Whatmore with her "Allegorical Series" and Annette Rawlings and her "Paris Series." Also exhibiting are Jane Harris and Fred Hunt. I met Areca and Annette today, both local's with Grove history.
Meet the artists at the opening reception, December 6 from 6 to 8 pm at the Windisch-Hunt Gallery (2911 Grand Avenue).
This Saturday is also the First Saturday Art Stroll. All the Grove galleries will be open with art, wine and hors d'oeuvres to tickle your fancy. Come out, enjoy, buy art and mingle.
