"Miracle on 34th Street" played in Peacock Park last night
A nice crowd came out for last night's showing of "Miracle on 34th Street" in Peacock Park. People brought their blankets and picnic baskets and there was plenty of free stuff, too.
They had a chocolate fountain and bananas and marshmallows were dipped in the chocolate, also free popcorn was served and Santa and Mrs. Claus were on hand for free photos.
The crowd took in the ambiance of the old-fashioned community feel. A few of us walked over from the Center Grove and it's quite nice seeing the movie playing in the distance. And then you hear it as you get closer and you see so many people sitting in the dark, on the ground, enjoying the movie.

That's not the Mrs. Claus I knew!
Looks like Santa got himself a trophy wife.
Mr's. Claus? I'm sure she's a very nice girl so I'm gonna skip all the lap dance joke's that are dancing through my head. Think sugarplum's
sugarplum's
