Cabana One Pool Club has become a huge source of very loud music. It starts Thursday night and continues every night till Sunday. We have call the police to complain, but for some odd reason they donot do anything to cure the noise. I just wonder why..So I guess I should just put on my seat belts on Monday night, and get ready for another sound blast. Can a rooftop swimming pool turn into a nite club without a special license. I just wonder...
I like that place. One past sunday evening, as the sky turned a brazen pink in the west and the sun disappeared over the horizon, I was looking past the dreamlike Gaudi-esque fireplace and I have to say I was totally transported. I was so taken by the moment. The ambient soundtrack was pleasant too.
Music and sound really travels over the tree tops. I often hear Shake-A-Leg and Kennedy Park noises in my north Grove neighborhood.
I hear every event and announcement made at Vizcaya and loud music from Grove Isle.
It's just the way it is.
