That is one fantastic slide show! Thanks a million for a first-rate collection and presentation.
Finally, a tip of the hat to the recently departed Greg Gillingham, whose infamous efforts in years past made Coconut Grove THE place to be on Halloween.
Good pictures, thanks. But I guess you were out early. On picture # 9 and others you see SOME people out there. But later on on you could hardly even WALK, thousands of people, literally. It took me about 20 minutes just to get up to Hooters to watch the whole scene, more people than I've ever seen in the Grove, good times until the freakin' police sent people home, because the State rules our lives here, and spoiled the party.
We were out until 3 am, but I did take those pictures earlier and then stayed on the back streets and near Pomme and Pane because it was so mobbed on Grand Avenue.
Did anyone get pictures of the zombies that walked the Grove for a while? But thanks for the wide array of pictures!
