Are you in the dark?

I have been stopped more than once by business owners asking me about broken street lights.

If you have any non-functioning street lights in your neighborhood, please contact David Hernandez (dhernandez@ci.miami.fl.us) and/or Haydee Wheeler (hwheeler@miamigov.com) of the NET Office, and they will work to get them repaired asap.

I have been trying for two years to get the lights working on the center mall on Mcfarlane Road. They are on all day and go off when it gets dark. Spoke to the friendly people in the glass house and they always tell me they will Look Into It. Still waiting......

As new Grove residents, my husband and I greatly appreciated the quick response of Mr. David Hernandez when we informed him of a street light outtage in our neighborhood. The light is now on! Thanks to both Mr. Hernandez for his responsiveness and to the Grapevine for sharing with us the information necessary to help remedy the situation.
