I am still on a sugar high!
We ate at The Knife (3444 Main Highway) the other day. Last time I was there it was Fuddruckers. I liked Fuddruckers better, I'm not too much into buffet places and while the salad bar is large and consists of good things, the meat, poultry and fish at The Knife, are dried out and leave something to be desired.
But I will go back. Why? The desserts and coffee. Here is Tiramisu and a delicious Chocolate Flan. It is well worth the trip for the deserts!

Exactly, they really need to work on the way the meat is cooked. Quantity but not quality.

I was really unimpressed when I went several months ago.
The cuts of meat were poor and overcooked.
The wine you get with their $21.99 or something all you can eat meal was definitely bottom shelf, and the salad bar was quite unappetizing (there was a bowl of hard boiled eggs sitting there on the bar...very odd.)
I wouldn't go back
