Screenwriting workshops being held at Museum of Science


Miami's Film Industry is having workshops this at the Museum of Science.The agenda on "Introduction to Screenwriting" is:

September 20, 21 - Weekend #1 - Character, story pitching and synopsis

September 27, 28 - Weekend #2 - Screenplay treatment and scene list + Writing the first draft

October 18, 19 - Weekend #3 - Writing the second draft, script revisions and the business of screenwriting.

Sign-up ends Friday, September 19. If you've ever wanted to write a screenplay but didn't know how to go about it, this is for you. Workshops are taught by professional screenwriters from Hollywood, CA.

is there a charge for this?

Yes there is a charge I called I think she said it was like $680 for the entire course with hands on experience. And in the end she would like to bring in some directors and possibly put some of the works on short films if any were complete.
