Fierce at 40!
Vivian Jordan is getting ready for tonight's celebration. As you know, from 5 to 9 pm, she'll be celebrating Maya Hatcha's 40th Anniversary. They've been in the same location for all these years.
It's at 3058 Grand Avenue, you really can't miss the bright blue and yellow storefront, and it helps when there is a bright red Porche parked out front, as is the scene today.
Going into Maya Hatcha is like going back in time to the old Grove. There are so many things and incredible scents, you could spend hours in there exploring. If you've never been, or are a long time regular, tonight is the night to go and celebrate.

This was one of my favorite places in the Grove back in the early 70's. I still have some Indian print bed sheets that I bought there. I miss the Grove but North Florida is pretty wonderful in it's own way.
