He's a local celebrity
Freddie the Flamingo in front of CocoWalk has to be the most photographed thing (person, animal?) in the Grove. Don't you think? With all the talk of peacocks, maybe he can get a peacock friend made by some artist and the peacock could join him in the fountain. Either that or one or two of the real peacocks can be brought over to roam CocoWalk. They have a hell of a lot better personality than most of the security staff there. I had to stop in traffic today to let one of the majestic birds cross the street today on Tigertail.

Now I'm always willing to complain about Cocowalk's chain addiction, but I gotta give them credit on the flamingo. Everybody loves the flamingo.
I can't imagine the squawking match that would ensue between the peacocks and the bird-brained rent-a-cops.
