Good barbecue was served up yesterday

A lot of people came out for the "Chillin 'n Grillin' barbecue put on by the Coconut Grove Collaborative.

Money raised went to community development programs.

The “Chillin 'n Grillin B-B-Q” put on by the Coconut Grove Collaborative was a hit, even though the weather was not very cooperative.
This event should take place ever week just like the Framers Market. The BBQ ribs where great, the sauce was tangy, baked beans
flavorful and potato salad tasty. There needs to be community benches, more trash bins, and recyclable bins for glass and plastic bottles.
I recommend corn-on-the-cob and sweet potato fries be available as well. There should also be water or handy-wipes available to clean up the delicious mess made. Coconut Grove needs more regularly scheduled events like this which are enjoyed by all of us Grovites and visitors alike.
