Sweet management changes at CocoWalk
I find this statement, made by Wesson, interesting: “Going forward, we will be focusing on grocery-anchored and lifestyle centers."
This probably means nothing, but I would love to see a Sweetbay in the Grove. And as the article suggests, Mia is now full time at CocoWalk, which is a great thing because she has really been turning the place around and it shows.

Not that I am busting your balls man,and no I am not in love with you, but what so different about Coco Walk, they are still empty store fronts, still escalators that one day work and other don't, parking space dirty, cigarette buds everywhere.
Which part you think is so well taken care off?
There are 2 stores on the second floor with buckets placed because of the roof leaks.
Kindly answer,
dirty cigs is from dirty people... lots of them everywhere. next time you pass by the starbucks one evening take a look at the tables that've just been vacated... crap everywhere. almost no one, even the sophisticated latte' drinkers, cleans up after themselves. if thats how people are with simple responsibilities, it's no wonder the world so f*ed
as for Mia doing her job... ever heard of Crazy Piano? well now you have because it will be the 1st one in the USA... located @ cocowalk. Or how about getting rid of the gangster/hoochie magnet that was "Visionz". that place was a cesspool of lowlifes!
As far as i can see, the CocoWalk renaisance is under way. they key will be a very well balanced palate... too much of this and none of that will spoil!
