I found this quote on the Rat Radio blog about CocoWalk and the new addition of Lucky Strike Lanes and the new Muvico theater:
"The whole thing is much needed, in my opinion. Cocowalk has become this decrepit place where no one goes except noobs/tourists who don’t know where else to check out. The movie theater now is a derelict shadow of it’s former self complete with weird smells, uncomfortable seats, and poor visibility when there’s a crowd."
Nuff said. Bring on the changes.

I was walking through Sunset Place yesterday and found out that, not to be outdone, they are also adding a bowling alley and it is already under construction. There goes the uniqueness factor :-\
but movie theater is getting revamped right? I heard that, how about the escalators never, never work.
Let's all give Cocowalk a chance, they are trying to make some good changes with a good mix, they got rid of the likes of Coyote Ugly, Visions and Apple Martini. Give them a break.
the last couple of times i've been through there it's been packed, and it looks pretty nice. not sure what got the guy from rat radio so bent out of shape. never paid much attention to the escalators, i guess you could pretend they're stairs...
