Finally, some results
The started cleaning up the post office parking lot this morning. The screen also went up around the work area.

So let me get this straight. During the year when the site was a festering eyesore with nothing happening, there was no screen.
Now that construction seems to be underway and the public might be encouraged to see something actually going on, they screen it off.
Makes me proud, that's for sure.
