Party like it's 1899
The Barnacle's popular Old Time Dance is Saturday, May 31 from 6:30 to 10 pm.
Wear comfortable shoes and clothes and come learn to dance the traditional American way: Contras, Squares, Circles, and Waltzes. Instruction is included so beginners are welcome.
Please park on the street or in one of the parking lots around town, then stroll down the lane into the park for an evening of Old Time fun and the tunes of a live Blue Grass band, Mudhole Control and a live dance caller on hand calling the steps.
Gate opens at 6 p.m. Picnics welcome. The cost for the evening is $8 per person; children under 10 are free. For additional information contact 305-442-6866 or visit www.FloridaStateParks.org/TheBarnacle .
