Village Council meeting tonight
The Village Council meets tonight at City Hall (3500 Pan American Drive), from 7 to 9 pm.
The Pointe Group will present plans by local architect Max Strang for a mixed use development on Grand Avenue. Village West advocates are also invited to discuss the Village West community’s position regarding the plan. All Coconut Grove residents are invited to attend and share their thoughts about the project.
Also, Jim McMaster of the Tree Man Trust, will provide information about the Adopt-A-Tree program coming in May.
If you cannot attend, the council proceedings are televised on Channel 77 and also streamed live at: http://videos.miamigov.com

I saw the project last night at the Planning Advisory Board meeting. It looks amazing... and I heard there's possibly a Publix.
