The South Florida Calligraphy Guild will be on hand this Saturday afternoon at the Streets of Mayfair's "Family Days," to assist youngsters in creating visual statements about "peace".
These personal works of art will then join the exhibition in the window adjacent to the Bookstore.
Artwork is done on 20" x 5" strips of paper The choice of paper, ink and colors are up to the artists.
The schedule for Saturday is:
2 to 3 pm - kids 5 and under with parent
3 - 4 pm - kids 6 to 9 years of age
4 - 5 pm - 10 to teens
Adults may start at noon learn and then assist if they choose.

Yep, that symbol should do it right after the ribbon gets rid of AIDS.
When historians are able to write an objective view of our history it will pinpoint the downfall of our society to the 1960's.
Symbols over substance is not sustainable.

That doesn't sound very positive. With that kind of attitude, we shall never achieve true peace, or a cure.
