Just don't stay over 3 hours. I had a rude awakening when I went to an event at Greenstreets advertised as free parking with validation, and ended up paying $16 when the parking attendant would not accept validation as I'd stayed for a party at the restaurant (now named Hoja Nueva) for 5 hours.
