I had lunch at Cefalo's last week with the Chamber. Well it was barely a lunch and I was very embarassed for the restaurant that they would serve only soup and salad and pass around a tray of cookies for a Chamber guest and charge them $35. Lunch was totally inadequate and most people left hungry - I know I did.
I agree, they had a chance to put themselves on the Grove's restaurant map and they failed big time. Luke warm soup and a salad at an Italian Village. What no pasta? How much is a scoop of spaghetti? No chicken?
P-l-l-l-e-e-a-s-e. Not even iced tea or a soft drink.
What about a coupla pizzas! Sorry guys - I won't be back.
Cefalo's has done nothing here for the residents. They measure out their wine so they don't give you one extra drop, the old Taurus Bar as they call it is cold and stiff and uncomfortable with 2 leather sofas that seat 4 people uncomfortably so no one else can join in....how about some high bar tables so people can stand around and mingle?
