Meet Severino Barzan at Cefalo's

Cefalos's Italian Village (3540 Main Highway) has another wine tasting planned for Saturday, February 9.

Severino Barzan, the man behind Bottega Del Vino, will host a special wine pairing dinner in "the Cave" at Cefalo's.

Severino's famous Risotto de Amarone and Osso Bucco will be served at 8 pm. The meal will be served with is wines in his own hand-blown stemware.
