A little late in asking, but did anyone check this out?
It was pleasant - not extravagant & overwhelming to the senses, just a chill lil' festival in the neighborhood. There were buskers and things to look at, people to talk to - basically, it was like jewelry on the Grove - an enjoyable accessory.
