Sonesta garage to change their rates
Winston Curtis, director of operations for the Munity Grove Garage (who are the new rightful owners, not the Sonesta) says that this will hurt those folks who park there daily at flat rates -- you know, all day parkers who work in the Grove.
Maybe a special arrangement can be made -- they do this all over the world, including other locations in Miami, I am sure you can work something out Winston.

The Sonesta Hotel Condo Confusion. The Sonesta Hotel is only a Management Company for the 214 private owners of the building. The Sonesta will not own up to this until asked directly. Nikki Beach tried to purchase the hotel common areas but could not make the deal happen just yet. The try to purchase business hotels with space for a restaurant/club Should it happen all the 214 owners will be very happy because this will bring the hotel level up to a W hotel which would also be great for Coconut Grove. Hope this clears up the confusion.
Sonesta is only a Managment company for the Hotel Condo. The Mutiney Park Condo aka the Sonesta Bayfront Hotel & Suites is a private condo. 214 Condos all owned privately. The Sonesta people donot own even one of the units They will not own up to this unless asked directly. Also with Nikki Beach Restaurant club coming into the building they tried to purchase the common space away from the Sonesta but it didnot fly this time but stay tuned. So this makes all the owners very happy because when it does go thru that building will be more on the level of a W Hotel much higher then at present. I am glad you cleared up who owns the garage, now you know who really ownes the condos in the Sonesta
