Condo legal challenge frozen for 30 days

A Tallahassee judge froze the legal challenge to the 300 Grove (Mercy Hospital) project for 30 days to allow Miami-Dade State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle more time to investigate. She had been concerned about civil and criminal law suits overlapping and harming each other.

"Discovery efforts" will be ongoing now for the next 30 days. Many people feel that just the fact that the State Attorney needs more time, is a sign that they are on to something and want to present the proper case with all the facts. Time will tell.

Worries me...KF-R has a close relationship with all the elected officials, including the mayor. Will she again have to step aside? Who is overlooking on all this? The Feds need to be called in!
