Does anyone think Commissioner Souto actually read any of the six lawsuits? Or was Souto just doing what he was told to do?
By the way, where was Souto when the Miami-Dade Housing Authority was being looted? And did Souto vote to approve all the change orders and cost increases at the PAC Center? Did Souto vote to approve Parrot Jungle?
Time for a regime change, folks.
I think the headline was wrong.
More likely Souto pissed himself.

My god, he must have lost what little brain power he ever had, prone to rambling comments that make little sense.
He shouldn't be representing ANY voters.
Souto should stay in his little rabbit hole and stay out of Grove politics.
Souto should stop voting to give money to Boston con men and he should pay more attention to the taxpayers of Miami-Dade County.
