Chuckles for Chinchillas

The South Florida Chapter of the American Association of Zookeepers and The Improv Comedy Club in Coconut Grove are presenting "Chuckles for Chinchillas" to benefit "Save the Wild Chinchillas" a conservation non-profit group.

This fundraising event is Friday June 1, at 7:00 pm at The Miami Improv (Shoppes at Mayfair -- 3390 Mary Street)

Tickets are $15.00 dollars each and require a 2 drink minimum.

All proceeds from this event will benefit "Save the Wild Chinchillas", a group that restores essential habitat for endangered Chilean chinchillas while deterring further habitat degradation. The organizations main objectives are to educate and involve people worldwide in conservation, promote habitat regeneration, and create knowledge base. Since 1996, they have created and distributed educational materials ranging from children's stories to scientific publications with the help of artists, students, teachers, scientists, and zoos internationally.
