Sierra Club's Spring Fling
The Sierra Club is hosting their Spring Fling Dinner and Silent Auction on May 4 at 7 pm at the Grove Double Tree Hotel (2649 S. Bayshore Drive). County Commish Kathy Sorenson is speaker. Tickets are $100 and available until Monday, April 30th.

I don't know why the Sierra Club would give business to the Double Tree after they massacred the huge banyon trees in front of the hotel's entrance and to this day they never replaced them. Too many weird things are going on the Grove these days. Too strange.
I tried reaching Maria Papazian to ask about this, but received no reply.
