Block party
The 3rd Annual All Grove Crimewach Block Party is this Sunday, March 25 from 4-6 pm at the corner of Wakeena and Natoma in North Grove. Rain or shine. (If you click on the map, it will open larger).
There will be games for kids, music and drinks and raffle prizes, including four $25 gift certificates from Shell Lumber. Bring a dish to share - finger food would be perfect.
This is for everyone all over the Grove, not just the North Grove neighborhood.
It's a great way to meet new people and and mingle with neighbors. You can learn how to reduce crime in your neighborhood and meet Crimewatch leaders, police commander and officers, Citizen on Patrol (COP members) and the Village Council Chairman.
Volunteer to be a COP or Crime Watch Leader or Block Captain - inform your neighbors of what is happening in the neighborhood.
