Discovery series lectures
The Coconut Grove Sailing Club will be hosting the Biscayne National Park's Discovery Series Lectures (say that three times fast) starting this Wednesday.
Wednesdays lecture is "The Days of Biscayne Bay" is about everyday interactions between nature and people.
Upcoming lectures include info on the park's coral reef nursery and rare reptiles living in the region.From now until April, there will be a lecture every month -- basically three lectures (Jan., Feb. and March). They are again at the Sailing Club (2990 S. Bayshore Drive) at 7:30 pm, the second Wednesday of each month.
