Village Council looking for leaders
According to today's Herald, Yvonne McDonald, Vice Chairman of the Cocoanut Grove Village Council is leaving the Council to work as Marc Sarnoff's aide.
This is good news actually since now the City Commission will have two people on the Grove's side working for the good of the Grove.
The Village Council should easily be able to regroup. In fact, anyone intersted in one of the two open seats may apply here: www.cocoanutgrovevillagecouncil.com. I don't see an application there as of yet, but there is supposed to be.
