Why not Kohl's?
I read in The Herald that Kohl's has plans on moving into Florida in the next couple of years. How about the old K-mart site? Before K-mart it was a Mervyn's, Ames, Zayres and who knows what else. It would fit right in and be much better than a Home Depot.

Kohl's would definitely be better. A nuclear power plant would almost be better.
