FPL sucks
If my power goes off again I am going to sue FPL. The power surges are killing everything in my house. My computer can't take these sudden outages. Neither can my central a/c. Almost daily, the Grove goes without power. From a few minutes up to an hour or so, the power is out on almost a daily basis.
Last night most of the Grove was without electricity for almost half an hour. And right in the middle of Lost! Horrors.
FPL better get their asses in gear and fix these annoying problems. With the high rates they charge, they should deliver service. I shudder to think of what will happen if Wilma passes by.

I got laid when the power went out last night. I'm not complaining!
What are you complaining about! I have been without power for more than a week! All I get is we are working on it. This wasn't even that big of a storm. We need alternatives to FPL. If they can not get power back in a reasonable amount of time then we need to find someone that can. Or getter yet that can keep the lights on!
oh God forbid you miss a minute of TV, when there are plenty of Grove residents who are still, 10 days later, in the dark.
FPL is a lousy service, I agree, but part of the reason they switch the power off is so that they can reroute power into neighborhoods that were restored during the day - and then turn it back on for everyone.
There are parts of the Grove that haven't even been assesed according to FPL
