Rita is almost a memory, now we can get back to things that matter:
Raf Kaz on Commodore Plaza and Grand Ave. is going out of business. Their big sale starts this Thursday, Sept. 22. I remember when this was a newsstand before Raf Kaz, wonder what is to be on the spot next.
