Free Spam Allstars concert in Grove tonight

Spam Allstars are the featured performers at Coconut Grove's 4th of July tonight. They will perform live, starting at 6 pm, which will lead up to the fireworks at 9 pm.  This happens at Regatta Park.

Along with the live music, there will be contests, games, face painting, and a photo booth fun followed by the fireworks presentation. Pack a picnic, bring your blankets and chairs for a fun evening along the waterfront.

Admission is free; a Freebee shuttle service will also be provided before and after the event to and from neighboring parking lots and garages. Bicycle valet will also be available provided by Bike Coconut Grove

After the fireworks join the official after-party at The Commodore, Coconut Grove's newest hotspot.


Begin your Independence Day celebration with a good old-fashioned picnic at The Barnacle Historic State Park From 11 am to 4 pm on Wednesday, July 4, the whole family can enjoy kids' crafts, traditional lawn and table games, live music, and more. Pack your own picnic lunch or purchase hot dogs, burgers and other treats from The Barnacle Society. Well-behaved pets are welcome. All dogs must be on a hand-held leash no longer than six feet. Entry is $5 for ages 13 and up, $3 for kids ages 6 to 12, and free for children under six. The Barnacle Historic State Park is located at 3485 Main Highway.
