We spoke and they heard
Remember that towing scam near Florentine Plaza on Main Highway we wrote about last week? That one story had thousands of readers and lots of responses on our Facebook page. I know that many people contacted the BID and the commissioner and the city and it seemed to work.
Look at the sign now. It's gone. No more towing at that one location! It's a legal metered parking space now, right in front of the new Bookstore Kitchen!
Now if we can only get rid of those lousy booters and valet service.
