Office space, grocery store part of CocoWalk plans
As suspected, offices will be added - 60,000 to 70,000 square feet along with adding a possible grocery store and a gym. The info on the meeting with renderings, which are subject to change, are at Biz Journals here.

I've said for years that more mixed use development will be the key to saving the center Grove. It looks like the owners of Cocowalk have reached the same conclusion.
They're going to ruin the local charm of The Grove, just like Scotty's will be. Glad I'm moving next month so I don't have to witness it at all and I can remember The Grove as is.
