Coconut Grove is being cemented over

You can't deny that Coconut Grove is being cemented over these days when you see this. The scene early this morning was a long line of cement trucks, up to 30 at a time, just waiting to drop their loads off at the Coconut Grove Bank lot where all the building is going on. The line of trucks went way back from South Bayshore Drive to City Hall, up Pan American Drive.

hector said...: I live across the street from this site. It is a lot of construction but what do you expect? These are large towers. The concrete must be poured. Your headline is a bit misleading. Of course there were 30 cement trucks, that's a pour for a whole floor. Your headline made it sound like the whole Grove was being covered. I'm not a fan of all the development but come on, be a little more careful with your headlines.; August 06, 2016 7:48 PM
