New Grove 2030 Arts & Culture group forming
Grove 2030 has a new committee forming that you may like to be a part of. It's an idea to make Coconut Grove become the preeminent arts and culture district of Miami-Dade. The group would like to bring back the arts to where they began in the county.
Grove 2030 is an effort to shape the future of Coconut Grove through broad and meaningful civic engagement. One of their goals is to revitalize the arts and culture scene in the Grove.
The goal is: Coconut Grove will be nationally recognized as the preeminent arts and cultural district in Miami-Dade. They are getting started by bringing together interested and committed people like to help establish a plan to make it happen.
There are two levels of involvement, you might be interested in being a part of one.
▶️. Actively participate -
1. Attend meetings and actively participate on committee.
2. Lead and serve on sub-committees.
3. Develop an action plan to make it happen.
▶. Participate in an advisory and/or as needed level -
1. Stay informed - will receive minutes of all meetings.
2. Available to serve as advisor or when needed.
3. Serve as an ambassador/champion of the committee's vision and goals.
The first meeting of the Grove 2030 Arts & Culture Committee will be held on Wednesday, June 8, at 6:30 pm. The meeting is at the Coconut Grove Arts Festival Gallery/Office, 3390 Mary Street.

Not another Grove2030 Committee!!
Old McDonald had a farm; with a committee here and committee there, here a committee, there a committee, everywhere a committee, committee, old McDonald had a committee! Everything gets balanced with their committees!
