High winds and Mexican night keep sailors going

The windy days and waves these days are perfect for the Star Class sailors out on the bay this week for Bacardi Sailing Week.

The Starboat is in first place currently, the German team of Robert Stanjek and Frithjof Kleen; Augie Diaz and Bruno Prada the USA team is in second place and Diego Negri and Sergio Lambertenghi of Italy are third.

The party goes on at Kennedy Park, where Bacardi Village has been set up. Wednesday night was Mexican Casino Night.

The visiting sailors are enjoying a different event in the park each day.

Of course Bacardi is always part of the mix.
