First time homebuyers workshop
An Orientation Workshop for First Time Homebuyers will be held on
Tuesday, January 26 from
7 am to 7 pm at KROMA Art Space, 3670 Grand Avenue.
The day-long First Time Homebuyers Workshop will be held on Saturday,
January 30 from
8:30 am to 5:00 pm at KROMA to accommodate the rising number of individuals
interested in purchasing a home in Village West.
This is a co-sponsored undertaking by HOATA, Coconut Grove Collaborative and the Neighborhood Housing Services of South Florida (NHSSF) that guides individuals through the process of first time home ownership, as required by mortgage lenders.
