Counting the trees
We are always having tree issues here so I found it interesting how New York City cares about their trees, they count them, every 10 years. From the article in today's New York Daily News: "The city has been trying to expand its tree canopy, which helps clean the air and provide vital shade from the sun."

I enjoyed a movie yesterday, where our trees couldn't keep up with air pollution, i.e., tree replacement couldn't keep up with over human population & it made sense. Some of us try, but here, now, today, the number of humans coming on line far outnumber the number of trees coming on line after deforestation to compensate for the pollution required for human equal equality, i.e., the right to equal treatment, the right to employment, the right to health care, the right to work and purchase an automobile, electricity, water and sewer, (which always happens to find it's way down into our oceans) organic food, washers and dryers, fatty foods vs organic vs processed - - - - good gosh, "count the trees" I love it!
