Going topless

It looks like some sort of old Italian ruins, but it's the old bicycle shop, that blue building next to the Coconut Grove Playhouse lot. The roof has been removed and the interior stripped. Now if they would only start working on the Playhouse itself.
There are so many rumors of what's taking over the space from a pharmacy to a spa. Someone suggested a tea house for playhouse visitors to enjoy and of course many prefer a restaurant.

Excellent pictures, especially the 1st one, would make an interesting painting, oil or mixed media. Or using that new technique some guy had at the Art show: photographic picture printed straight onto a canvas for added texture.

Yep this is oddly ugly and beautiful at the same time. I bet a location scout would pay good money to take shots here for high fashion, modeling, etc.

Funny - notice the door sign "Building for Our Future"
