Mi Pi pizza and beer coming to CocoWalk

Paragon Entertainment Holdings, LLC is bringing their cool restaurant concept, My Pi Custom Pizza & Craft Beer, to CocoWalk this spring. My Pi has a focused menu with made-to-order, cooked from scratch pizzas using fresh ingredients and their own “secret” dough recipe.

At My Pi, customers place their orders by moving along a service line and selecting from a number of sauces, cheeses, and freshly chopped toppings to customize their pizza that cooks to perfection in a mere three minutes. Two salads, a Caesar and a Spinach, are also offered and can be customized.

In addition, they will feature a rotating selection of craft draft beers and seasonal bottled offerings. The draft beers will be rotated on a monthly basis and include some of the most unique and complex beers from local, domestic, and imported brewers.

My Pi Custom Pizza & Craft Beer will offer counter service and outdoor balcony seating and will be adjacent to Paragon Grove; the theater will sell the pizza at the concession stand and in The Lot Bar & Lounge. Local delivery throughout Coconut Grove will also be available.

“My Pi is part of the growing fast-casual marketplace, and is the perfect addition to CocoWalk; a premier open-air shopping, dining, and entertainment center,” states Michael Whalen, CEO of Paragon Entertainment Holdings, LLC.

Right, of course they won't make it... Not without free parking, right?

Any idea where this new place will be located? Hopefully the execution is better than that last beer garden disaster in Cocowalk.

If they have deep pockets they should have more staying power and be able to toughen out the first year more so than a mom and pop pizza place. The product obviously needs to taste good and it appears like they are introducing a fun/novel way of building your own pizza. If priced right it could do well. Personally I have walked past that NY Pizza place dozens of times and never spent $1. It looks grimy and I think it's an eyesore.

I ate at the "NY Style" pizza place, that is near the former J. Rockets. To say I have had better is putting in mildly.
