Free Tax Prep and "Obamacare" Enrollment help

For the fourth year running, the Prosperity Center at St. Stephen's Episcopal Church in the Grove is offering Free Tax Preparation for households with income under $50,000. They are an IRS trained and certified VITA site with one objective; to help people save money and claim all the credits to which they are entitled.

• Did you know the IRS estimates 20% of all people eligible for the Earned Income Tax Credit do not apply for it?
• The IRS also estimates that 80% of all households in Miami qualify for free tax preparation services like ours!

Affordable Care Act/ Obamacare Up until the March 31 enrollment deadline they are also helping individuals and households of all income levels apply for health insurance under the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare). Our Certified Application Counselors can help you fill out the online application, understand eligibility results and health insurance plan options.
