I wonder what the BID spends on decorations every year, and what they spend on anything that affects... Business.
This is a nice gesture by the BID. Hopefully, it reminds everyone that Miami is still part of the good old U.S.A.
Decorating the village center does, in effect, affect business. That is one of the things they do right.
